• mechanized elevator of silo type, general capacity - 11 000 tons;

• four ground storages, general capacity - 4 000 tons;

• mixed fodder workshop, productivity - 80 tons per 8 hours;

• motor-car scales (30 tons) (2 units).;

• corndriers of DSP-50-2 sht.;

• accredited laboratory;

• workshop on production of butter.

Technology

     Once work of technological charts of mixed fodder factory was conducted at consultative support of specialists of the Dutch firms «Wijnveen» and «Ottevanger».

     Premixes of the Dutch firm «Steb Nutrition is used in production of the mixed fodder» (deliveries of premixes are carried out by a producer from Holland at optimum price).

     Free support and help of skilled specialists in development of recipes and rations of feeding of bird, fish, pigs and cattle are given to our customers. Production of the mixed fodders is conducted on “your raw materials” terms also. Permanent contact with users, settles to conduct the analysis of quality and operatively react on the wish and recommendations.

     As a result of such co-operation a cost goes down and efficiency of the mixed fodders for fattening up of bird, fish, pigs and cattle. Delivery of the mixed fodder is carried out by railway carriages or motor transport, possible shipping of the prepared products in sacks by weight from 10 to 50 kg.
